英语作文 how people spend their leisure time

As we all know, every people have some leisure time.We must take advantage of the time instead of losing it.We can spend the leisure time reading some favourite novels.We can also use the time to chatting with our friends to relax ourselves.If you are tired ,you can take a nap.In a word, don't let time goes by.

Nowadays, the rhythm of people’s life is faster and faster. It’s result from the pressure of modern times and modern society. To survive in the world, people must compete and try their best. So people’s leisure time is less and less. That means people regard leisure time as treasure and they recognise that they should make full use of it. Only when people have a good time do they have more passion or enough passion to face their work.
Anyway, how people spend their leisure time? In fact, it’s simple to answer. There are many choices for people. First, many people choose sleeping for relaxation. Practice proves that sleeping does a lot good for refreshing. Second, some people enjoy watching TV at home, waching movies in cinema or going to concert for pleasure and decompression. Such people are quiet. Third, for some people who are sporting, they appeal to go to gymnasium. All kinds of sports are attractive to them. They relax themselves and make themselves more healthier while perpiring. Fourthly, touring is more and more popular. It’s enteraining. People could drive to the suburb for going for a walk in the country, fishing, having a picnic or barbecue, or anything they want. It’s amusing. If people’s holiday is long enough, they might make a tour to a destination where they want to go in tneir dreams, where is far away even aboard. Traveling is a fashion. People apart form their ordinary life circumstance, they will get in a lot. Certaintly, there are many another leisure activities for people I don't mention. I’m sorry I can’t enumerate them one by one..
No matter how people spend their leisure time, it’s absolutly that the aim is to enjoy his life, to enjoy himself. Nobody want to be the slave of life and work. People recieve more pressure, they get more income,why don’t treat themselves kinder and nicer? Come on, baby! Go! Go! Go! Enjoy it!
