Coaching Suggestions

　　The coach should know his job and do what he can to be certain that the players respect not only his ability to coach but his quality as a man．He should inspire confidence so that the players will exert their full effort in trying to execute his every suggestion．

　　The coach should have patience．One of the most common faults in coaching is to expect too much of the players．There is a tendency for many coaches who were great players themselves to expect their players to move along as fast as they did．Give the players a chance to practice and develop physically and mentally．

　　The coach should maintain an open mind to suggestions from his players if a player has suggested a play，I feel it is wise to give him credit for it in front of the entire team．

　　Since the coach can play a major role in the development of a player，being a good coach is very important．
