Description

Jiangsu Sunshine Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of woolen textiles and apparels. The Company provides worsted fabrics, including tweeds, gabardines, flocked fabrics, soluble fibers, Lycra fabrics, linen fabrics, filament fabrics and cashmere fabrics, among others, as well as apparel products, including women's apparels, men's apparels and businesses suits with brands named GEZELIA, VENETIA and POMPEI, respectively. The Company also involves in distribution of electric power and steam, as well as foreign trading business. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries, which involved in the production of apparels products, wool fabrics processing, as well as generation of electric power and steam.
