Xiamen King Long Motor Group Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of large-sized, medium-sized and light passenger buses. The Company’s major products include large-sized, medium-sized and light passenger buses, as well as bus bodies, which are applied in passenger transportation, travel and public transportation services. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company sold out approximately 46,024 passenger buses. As of December 31, 2009, the company had four subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and distribution of passenger buses and bus bodies.
