Liaoyuan Deheng Company Limited is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of textile raw materials, as well as property development and distribution. The Company provides textile raw materials, including terylene, urethane elastic fibers, polypropylene fibers and cotton spinning products. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 80% of its total revenue from terylene and urethane elastic fibers. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two subsidiaries, which were involved in the manufacture and distribution of compound fibers and cotton yarns. In 2009, the Company divested its 72% and 51% stakes in one Dongguan-based club and one Dongguan-based property company, respectively.
