China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd. (Group) is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of motorcycles and spare parts. The Company also involves in manufacture and distribution of opto-electrical and other products. The Company’s major products are motorcycles, including double-wheel motorcycles, three-wheel motorcycles and specialty motorcycles, as well as motors, opto-electrical products and electrical bicycles. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had nine subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in manufacture and distribution of motorcycle spare parts, motors and opto-electrical products, as well as import and export trading.
