Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in smelting and processing of ferrous metal products. The Company’s major products are iron and steel products, including steel plates, steel bars, steel wires, strip steel products, profile steel products, defective steel products, scraps, billet steel products, cast iron products and iron powders, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced a total of 6.1974 million tons of cast iron products and 6.3106 million tons of steel products. In addition, the Company involves in mining and dressing of ferrous metals. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, with East China as its major market.
