Shen Ma Industry Co. Ltd is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of chemical fibers and chlor-alkali products. The Company provides nylon 66 industrial fibers, nylon 66 gum-dipped curtain cloths, caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three subsidiaries and two affiliates, which involved in manufacture and distribution of chemical fibers and chlor-alkali products.
