Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Industries Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of chemical products, electric power and steam. The Company’s major products include pure soda, soda hydroxide, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride, dimethyl methyl carbonate, high degree of polymerization dimethyl methyl carbonate, high temperature glue and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six major subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacturing and distribution of chemical products, as well as electric power and steam.
