The Company’s main products consist of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), azodicarbonamide (ADC) foaming agent, hydrazine hydrate, caustic soda, liquefied chlorine and other industrial chemical products. The majority of the Company’s products are distributed in domestic market in China, and to a less extent, to overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company completed the purchase of 100% of the equity of Weifang Olle Chemical Co., Ltd., and all the rest equity of Weifang Second Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Weifang Weipeng Chemical Co., Ltd., as well as the disposal of 60% of the equity of Weifang Aolin Real Estate Co., Ltd.
