CSSC Jiangnan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of steel structures, ship parts and machinery products. The Company primarily provides large steel structure engineering, heavy port machinery and special pressure vessels, among others. The Company distributes its products in China's domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two major subsidiaries/associates, which involved in the manufacture, distribution, installation and maintenance of electric equipment for ships, as well as the manufacture and distribution of equipment used for ships.
