Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture of color television sets and automobile monitors. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company sold approximately 2.45 million color television sets and 14,300 automobile monitors. The Company operates its businesses in China’s domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two major subsidiaries and associates engaged in the production of automobile audio/video products and die equipment, respectively.
