Sichuan Dikang Sci&Tech Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in pharmaceutical production and distribution. The Company provides large transfusions, tablets, granules, capsules and other products, including amoxicillin capsules, ampicillin capsules, pieglitazone hydrochloride tablets and rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals and biological materials.
