As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven major subsidiaries, which involved in milk cow breeding, as well as manufacture and transportation of milk, dairy products, drinks, yogurt, packaged food and bread, among others. On December 27, 2010, the Company completed its disposal of 100% of the ownership interest of Beijing Huaguan Dairy Product Co., Ltd.
