During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company sold out three subsidiaries, including Beiren Yixin (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., Beijing Beiren Yuxin Offset Co., Ltd. and Haimen Beiren Fuji Printing Machinery Co., Ltd.
