Description

Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Company Limited is principally engaged in the production, transportation and sale of coal. The Company is also involved in the provision of railway transportation services and road transportation services, as well as the planting, processing and sale of licorice and other traditional Chinese herbal medicines. The Company distributes its coal products under the brand name of Yitai. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 36.13 million metric tons of commodity coal, distributed approximately 15.61 million metric tons of coal, and sold approximately 35.74 million metric tons of coal. The Company mainly operates its businesses in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries, which involved in the railway transportation, coal chemical products production, coal operation, as well as the planting and processing of Chinese herbal medicines.
