Henan Pinggao Electric Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of electric power transmission and conversion equipment. The Company’s major products include open sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) circuit breakers (CBs), high voltage isolating switches, earthing switches and enclosed combined electrical equipment, among others. The Company distributes its products primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture of switch equipment, as well as metal rolling and processing.
