Zhejiang Southeast Electric Power Company Limited principally engaged in electric power generation and distribution. The Company distributes electric power primarily in Eastern China. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company generated approximately 18.96 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity, and approximately 17.67 billion kilowatt-hours of on-grid electricity.
