Description

Wisesoft Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in development, manufacture and distribution of software products, air traffic control products and ground traffic products. The Company provides air traffic real-time commanding systems, including automatic air traffic control systems and multi-channel digital synchronized logs; air traffic control simulation training systems, including tower simulators, air traffic control radar simulators and procedure air traffic control simulators, as well as traffic control application systems based on automatic vehicle identification systems. The Company distributes its products primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in development of computer software and hardware, system integration services and distribution of security products.
