China Railway Erju Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in contract construction of industrial, transportation and civil construction projects. The Company also involves in property development, materials distribution and leasing of machines, among others. The Company provides primarily contract construction services of railways. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company undertook a total of 199 construction-engineering projects, including 13 railway projects and 154 other projects. It operates its businesses principally in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 20 subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in contract engineering construction, property development and landscape design.
