Tianjin Port Holdings Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in cargo loading and unloading, as well as provision of port services. The Company operates its businesses through cargo loading and unloading, commodities distribution, port services, tugboat services, shipping brokerage services and goods processing business. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company handled approximately 204.17 million tons of bulk goods and approximately 51.52 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), as well as 17,011 ships for shipping brokerage and approximately 75.58 million tons of cargo agent services. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 22 subsidiaries, which involved in provision of port services.
