　　4) 5) esteemed…..

　　我在4，5里边选了一个，因为觉得could已经表达出了probably的意思。

　　13.would have …. to outstrip and to…, and would to rave

　　选项有outstriping and v+ing.

　　我就选了A，因为其他的都不对等，不过A中是would have和to rave 对等了。to outstrip and to…时表示目的定语。
