　　Someone often asked me how to live regularly.in my opinion,first,having a regular life is very important for us to improve the quality of our lives.during nights,we need enough sleep to have a rest.if not, we may feel tired during work or study.

　　Second,we should cultivate good attitudes towards lives,for example,we must have our own plans for study and work.according to the schedules, our lives could be more orderly and smooth.in our minds, we know that the better we work and study,the better we live. Third,we should make enough use of our time.when we study,we must indulge in it.

　　Fourth,after studying hard,we also need time to enjoy our lives by some amateur fonds. According to these four points,we may have a relatively regular life which is very important for us.
