Three months ago, I bought a new washing machine from your shop.  Now I am sorry to tell you that something has gone wrong with it .  There is some noise coming out and now it doesn't work.  Would you be so kind as to send an engineer to look at it?  If you come before the end of the week,  I will be at home in the morning until one p.m. all the week.
