For my part，we should have a full understanding on pressure. In the first place，pressure is good for us. It urges us to work hard，avoiding our laziness. But too much pressure is a burden. If we carry our burden all the time，sooner or later，we won’t be able to carry on.
My suggestion on dealing with the problem is as follows. Let your burdens down for a moment and pick them up again later when you feel refreshed. So just lay our study aside and enjoy ourselves whenever possible.
