学生英语习作：The Perfect Man

  My uncle-JianYuanwang/John Wong,who is my mother’s elder brother,isn’t what we would call a handsome person.Nor is he vary tall,only about five feet six.He has a pair of small eyes on his benign face.We really had a good time together.However, he went to America,the place on the other side of the Paffic.And since then,Ihaven’t seen him for 13 years.

  Because of the unfair in China,my uncle decided to immigrated from China to the U.S. in search of jobs and freedom,which is a brave decision those days.Although we couldn’t talk face to face.We keep in touch with each other through phone e-mail and MSN.He has many identifies:a strict teacher,a hard worker,a caring person,a skilled chief,a loving uncle and a good friend.In my view,he is the perfect man.

  A strict teacher:My uncle and aunt were both teachers in China.My uncle teachesEnglish in a middle school.As a head teacher,he is strict with his students.He htes their not finishing homework and playing in the class.He punished them so hard that his students are afraid of him,but they accepted him and love him afterwards.His class is always the best throughout the grade.By the time he left China,he had became a famous teacher.

  A hard worker:When my uncle first got to America,he didn’t have anything or money.I think he must have lived on the street for a few nights.Hetried to find a job,but it was harder than he thought.He asked almost all the restaurants in the area if they need any help but without any reply.A few weeks later,he found a busboy job at a big Chinese irestaurant in Indiana.He only made about 1000 dollars a month.After 5 years hard work,hedetermined to open up a restaurant in a small town which is called Marseilles in Chicago.He became his own boss and because of this he was so busy.Several years later,his hard work paid off.He bought a brand new vila and has 3 cars for his family.Despite of this,he never slows down at work.Sometimes he jokes around and saying that he is an “iron man”,I think he should find some time to relax for a bit,which could really help.My uncle is definitely the hardest working person Ihav ever known.

  A ncaring person:My uncle is affable,he show kindness to everyone he meet.He especially show sympathy to the poor and try to help them as much as possible.Every time a food drive goes on,he would buy some food and donate it to the people who need it.Although he is not as rich as Bill Gates or somebody else,he could try his best to helping others,which is really praiseworthy.

  A skilled chief:My uncle served as a bus boy,a dishwasher.Heworked all the way through to have his own restaurant.Most of people love the food he cooked.He can make all sorts of flowers and birds out of carrots and vegetables.He always put them on the plates because he thinks it’s a state of art serving ood that way..And he is still learning to make more dishes.I bet he would get more and more professional.

  A loving uncle &A good friend:When I was young,he treated me more like his son than his nephew.He often took me to anywhere as long as there was something fun.He likes taking photos.Once in a while,aphoto of mine was pu up by a film studio!Ad after his settlement in Chicago,we keep in touch with each other.Whenever I have a problem,I ask him for advice.He is so friendly that as if a were a friend of his.he encourage me to study hard,go to a good college and,one day come to the U.S.He promised to buy me a Ford Mustang if I ould make it.We really have a lot of fun chatting with each other.英语作文
