A recent survey found that professional women in China is not only thirst for economic independence, while also looking for a sense of achievement and satisfaction brought by work. Although women's status has improved steadily, but 66% of working women believe that career development of women are still discriminated.
Women have come to a career bottleneck, Yang Lan, a CPPCC member and popular TV presenter, said in an interview with cnr.cn. The number of women decision-makers in companies is far from enough. It is not because they don't have opportunities or they are unqualified.
His request was bottlenecked for 2 months.(他的要求已被搁置两个月了。)
在全世界范围内gender discrimination(性别歧视)依然存在。在承认gender gap(性别差异)的前提下,我们要致力于实现gender equality(性别平等)。
