  I think the traditional examination captioned in the title has been held for sometimes and it proved the success from many students handling their English command. From liuxuepaper.com.

I always believe that language is for communication and if one examination worth to train and push students to learn and upgrade themselves in one language that used worldwide then obviously it should be retained as is. Of course it can be improved or modified but I can see no reason to cancel it. Unless there is some better substitution that can be accepted by public.
