  I think I am quite healthy. The following methods are I employed . First, I did not worry the loss wealth and the prestige, the family, the friend and individual conscience are more important. Second, we should live a simple life. Wear the ordinary clothes, and eat the plain food. Associates with the human by normal ways. Third, the automobile always consume the massive energy,so I choose to go out by bus or on foot . Fourth, each week I probably swim twice , which can enhance heart and lungs function and main the exuberant work power. Fifth, I will ask myself three question every day. Is disloyal for the friend? The manner does not believe? Is not dense for the matter? Through the above several ways,you can keep fit and healthy.Please try them, if you are interested in them.
我觉得我很健康。我采用的方法包括以下几种。第一,我不会担心损失的财富和声望,家庭,朋友和个人良知更重要。第二,过简单的生活。穿普通的衣服,吃普通食品。第三,汽车总是耗费大量的能源,所以我出门会选择坐公交车或走路。第四,我每星期大概游两次泳,这个可以增强心肺功能并且保持旺盛的工作电源。第五,我每天会问自己三个问题。对朋友不忠吗?不相信别人?问了不严谨的问题?通过以上几个方面,你可以保持健康。如果你有兴趣不妨试一试。
