最近，我家发生了一件喜事，我家乔迁新居了。新家在铁岭新城区，那里环境优美，交通便利，全家人都很高兴。

可是，我家以前的条件就大大比不上现在优越了。

在我小时候，我家住在一间半的平房里，屋里只有一张普普通通的大床、一台14英寸的黑白电视。那是父亲在外地工作，不经常回家，我和母亲睡在一张床上，父亲回来了，就三人挤在一起睡。家里没有洗衣机，母亲洗衣服很不方便，有时搓的手都通红，但又不能不洗，母亲的手，常常冻裂。冬天，为了取暖，母亲要早早起来生炉子，有时，路子不好使，煤烟呛得人直咳嗽，睁不开眼。那是，我心里想，什么时候能住上大楼房，这样，母亲就不用这样遭罪了。

等我上学了，我们和姥爷姥姥住在一起，生活上多了照顾，条件也好多了，父亲母亲的收入也多了，家里陆续添了洗衣机，电话，摩托车，电脑，我们的生活越来越好。

如今，我家又搬进了新楼，屋里装修美观，我也有了自己的卧室，再不用和父亲母亲挤了，一想起家里的日子越来越好，我做梦都会笑呢！
