Choose an article from Science Daily, any APA journal, NY Times.... on the topic of parenting and how it might impact child development.  Summarize the article in one page or less and critical evaluate the article in one page.  Describe the pros and cons and impact of parenting along the developmental continuum. 
For example:  I might choose an article on helicopter parenting.  I would summarize the authors position on helicopter parenting.  Then I would critically analyze helicopter parenting  from my own perspective- describing the pros and cons of helicopter parenting and the potential impact on children at three developmental stages - under 5, elementary, and adolescence. 
Include the article with your typed summary.  Again one page summary and one page critical analysis.
Choose your own article - do not share.  Make sure you write two pages.  Turn in complete article and reference.
