An essential strategy for company to implement to stay competitive, maintain and increase efficient, and effectiveness of company operation. Employee diversity is the fundamental of achieve “Think Global, act local.” , and necessary to help company understand the local preference, and break cultural barrier. Balance between brand regenization, and local market demand. Proposal is made to examine Four Season Hotel, as it is the leading hotel brand best utilized above strategy. Present evaluation its performance, corporate strategy, and management structure. On a bigger picture, evaluation will focus on four perspective of managerial function (planning, organizing, leading, controlling) as the firm implementing its strategy.
To proof that employee diversity will promote operations efficiency in the service industry.

Purpose:
