For the commentaries I agree with Jim Goodnight most. Because Jim mentioned that Shelley needs an attitude adjustment,or George needs a new marketing manager, which means he find the problems in George and Shelley. George's dilemma does not all because of George also because Shelley did not respect George’s work. As CEO George did not clearly know how to communicate with Shelley and how let her know what part of job should her do. At the same time, Shelley as a team member of George she did not try her best to finish her work instead having a lot complains on George. So just like Jim said Shelley need to change her attitude and respect George.
