This is the first opportunity to show the appropriate research, analysis and application of marketing in relation to business idea and marketing strategy. You must develop a new product or service of your choice and build a marketing plan to support its launch and growth.  This project will identify target market, competitive analysis and utilize specific marketing tactics. 
The draft must include all aspects of marketing management strategies from the text and rationale for business choice.  Both the instructor and classmates will provide feedback on initial plans to be implemented in final marketing plan.
As relayed in the textbook, the aspects of the marketing plan should include the following:
Business Mission and Objective
SWOT Analysis
Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning
Marketing Mix and Allocation of Resources
Evaluation with Marketing Metrics
