　I somrtimes have rice with fish and an apple for lunch.I Really love fruit.This meal gives me energy for the afternoon and for playing volleyball later. 　
　 　
　For dinner ,I often have soup,meat and vegetables.I like vegetables because they are good for me.I need vitamins to stay healthy .It is also important to drink lots of water every day . 　
　 　
　There are no calories in water ,so you can drink it without getting fat.
