Now,many students don't often do exercise .They prefer playing compergames or studing to do exercise.
I think sutdy is important , but do exercise is more important . The more excise you do , the more healthier you will be . So , I always do excise such us swimming , playing badminton and so on.
I hope more and more students can enjoy the exercise in the future . And they will be healthier.
