We may all hear about the old saying, early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Early rising has many advantages. First of all, it helps us to keep fit. As we all know, the air in the morning is fresh. We can do exercise at the same time. Some people love to stay in bed and skip breakfast, it’s not good for their health. So it’s wise to wake up early and lead a regular life. Second, early rising can give us more to study. We will find it easier to recite vocabulary in the morning. Also, we can have more time to do the things we like. We will have enough time to get ready for study and work. Late risers may find it difficult to form the habit of early rising. They have to make great efforts to make it. Once they succeed, they will be thankful for doing so.
我们都听过那句老话:早睡早起身体好。早起有很多好处。首先,早起能保证我们身体健康。我们都知道,早晨的空气是最新鲜的。我们也可以在早晨做运动。有些人喜欢赖床又不吃早餐,这样会对身体不好。所以,按时作息,早起还是明智的。其次,早起能够给我们更多的时间去做我们想做的事情。我们会有足够的时间来准备学习以及工作的事情。晚起者会发现早起很困难。他们需要付出额外的努力才能成功。一旦他们成功了,就会感谢他们这样做了。
