接下来我们在老师带领下绕着美丽的南湖公园慢跑。每班分成四排，排成一个整整齐齐的方队，沐浴着冬日温暖的阳光，队员们一个个精神抖擞，生龙活虎，在南湖公园的一条小公路上慢跑，踏着青春的节拍，好像都不甘示弱。

跳绳和乒乓球比赛同时进行，我参加的是跳绳比赛，因此我就在跳绳比赛的区域旁等候。先是女生跳绳，她们五个人一组，多个小组同时跳绳。只听裁判员口哨一响，每个人都开始甩动手里的绳子，脚尖离地飞快地跳了起来。只见一瞬间数十双脚在绳子与地面之间快速地跳着。几十条绳子由空中击向地面，发出"呼呼"的声音，只见她们脚上像安装了弹簧一样规律地跳起又落下，越跳越快。看到她们如此熟练，我心里有些紧张。过了几分钟终于轮到我上场了，刚开始没跳几下就被绳子缚住脚跟了，这样反复几次，让我越发紧张。我突然想起了妈妈的叮嘱，于是重新调整节奏，绳子开始变得听我的话了，手和脚也成了好朋友。绳子在我头上和脚下一闪而过，这时，我越跳越快，像一只小蜜蜂在跳"8"字舞。"呼"哨声一响，最终我只跳了八十九个。

I was nervous to see them so skilled. After a few minutes, it was finally my turn to play. At the beginning, I was tied to the heel by a rope without jumping a few times, which made me more nervous. I suddenly thought of my mother's advice, so I readjusted the rhythm, the rope began to listen to me, and my hands and feet became good friends. The rope flashed over my head and feet. At this time, I jumped faster and faster, like a little bee dancing "8". At the end of the whistle, I only jumped eighty-nine.
这次运动会，虽然我的比赛成绩不理想，但是我战胜了自己的害怕和紧张，这种记忆难以忘怀。
