It's a little cold in the early morning of March, and there aren't many people on campus on weekends.

Forget the homework piled up on the desk for a while and avoid the obscure and complicated papers. Along the fine stone road, a man wandered along.

The breeze sweeps by in succession, dispelling the anxiety accumulated in the heart, and the indistinct feeling is slightly cold or slightly warm. The cherry blossoms in March are bright, and the lush grass is just beginning to show its head. It is an intoxicating scene that "flowers are becoming more and more attractive, so that the shallow grass can have no horseshoe".

The tender grass buds curled up like sleeping. In the sunshine, dewdrops glow with stars. The vitality of spring is embodied vividly in this green spirit. I slowed down for fear of waking up the sleeping fairies.

Bathing in the breath of nature, people will produce a kind of inexplicable awe. A person wandering in this fairyland, like a pious pilgrimage, body and mind are washed thoroughly by the rushing wind.

Suddenly, I stopped --- there was a road in front of me. Like a sharp axe on a tree trunk, a barren path brutally separates the lawn. The bare turbid yellow is the scar of the earth; the abundant green is the sadness of the way out. I don't know when this road began to exist, but I believe that it has also bred a green field and stretched its waist and limbs in the spring sunshine, which is not different from the surrounding.

What makes it lose its lustre and gasp for death?

  It's trampling.

One after another trampled on, only then stepped out this deserted path which should not exist. But isn't not stepping on the lawn a civilized rule that even pupils know? Why does this phenomenon occur in a well-known high school?

Heart sinks gradually, trance unexpectedly feel the wind is also stagnant.

Is it a helpless sigh or a painful groan? The wind in my ear is not clear, maybe it's a whisper with sobs...

Once upon a time, a man came to the grass, perhaps in a hurry, and he wanted to go through it. He hesitated to look at the vibrant and green scene. He thought that if I stepped on it only once, it would not cause much harm and nobody would see it. With a silent apology, he took the first step. He did not know that this step was not only on grass, but also on civilization and etiquette. He took a step faster and walked across the lawn with guilt. At first glance, the lawn was harmless, and the only bit of guilt dissipated.

But there will be a second one for the first time. Later generations will always follow the pioneers. More and more people will walk through here. "There is no way in the world. If there are many people walking, it will be the way." Mr. Lu Xun's words are surprisingly appropriate here. When the meadow is on its way, there is nothing to be afraid of. Now that it's all gone, why hesitate? Isn't the way for people to walk? So, even the sound of "I'm sorry" to the grass or to myself was gone. People feel comfortable stepping on the Loess road under their feet, complacent for the savings of a few steps, and will never think of the land under their feet.

My heart was silent, and looking back, I only felt the cherry trees trembling, the grass shrank together, and the flash of dew was just a nightmare with panic tears.

"Don't step on the grass", a small etiquette, has been ignored so far. Why do people only know that the line between the two points is the shortest, but never think of "civilized etiquette with me"?

Just for convenience? In this way, how many civilized etiquettes have not been observed? Those littered garbage, those tea leaves dumped in the water dispenser or toilet sink, those loud noises in public places, those queues for dinner or shopping...

Too many etiquettes are forgotten. However, we may have saved time and energy, but we can not save the influence of civilization and culture. The reason why people are human beings is that they are superior to ordinary animals, not only because we have higher wisdom, but also because we abide by morality and etiquette, do not follow instincts, and simply pursue convenience and simplicity.

Only by holding the "ruler" of civilized etiquette in good hands can we become a standard capitalized "person".

Don't always think of convenience, and set your heart on a barren path.

Look up, the sky is slightly gloomy, I think it's going to rain.

It's going to rain! I think. After a spring rain, there will probably be some new buds on the barren path on the ground or in the heart.

The cherry blossoms in March will wither and the old trees will die. The human spirit will not perish, and civilized etiquette is the eternal cherry blossom in the spiritual forest.
