在步入高中的殿堂之前，我们经过了一段令人难忘的记忆--军训。在这七天中，我们有哭有笑，严格的训练使我们记忆犹新。它是我们在科大附中上的第一课，也是我们人生的第一课。
Before entering the high school hall, we passed through an unforgettable memory - military training. During these seven days, we have cried and laughed, and strict training keeps our memories fresh. It is our first lesson in the attached high school of HKUST, and also the first lesson in our life.
迎着清爽的晨风，我们来到西安市国防教育——蓝田基地，开始了七天的军营生活。要做一个军人首先要有良好的军资，所以，练习坐姿、站姿、蹲姿成了我们每天的必修课。烈日当头，同学们个个大汗淋漓，有的躬着腰，有的摘下帽子，为自己扇凉，我也承受不住了。可看着教官黝黑的脸上一滴滴滑落的汗水，我马上调整了坐姿，后面的同学也像被传染了似的一个个坐得笔直。我从小就羡慕军人挺拔的身姿和整齐化一的队列，可现在才知道在这背后军人们流了多少汗，花了多少时间。他们的身心变得更加坚强，他们的信念变得更加坚定，这也是我们应该学习的，要做好任何一件事，都要付出努力，要有顽强的毅力和坚定的信念，一份努力一份收获，只要你努力，没有做不好的事。
Facing the fresh morning breeze, we came to Lantian Base, Xi'an National Defense Education, and began a seven-day military camp life. To be a soldier, first of all, we must have good military resources. Therefore, sitting, standing and squatting have become our daily compulsory courses. In the hot sun, the students sweated heavily, some bowed down, some took off their hats and fanned themselves cool, and I couldn't bear it. But looking at the teacher's dark face drops of sweat, I immediately adjusted the sitting posture, behind the students like infected one by one sitting upright. I have envied the soldier's upright posture and neat line since childhood, but now I know how much sweat and how much time it took the soldier to sweat behind it. They become stronger physically and mentally, and their beliefs become more firm. This is what we should learn. To do anything well, we must make efforts, have tenacious perseverance and firm beliefs, and make every effort a harvest, as long as you work hard and do nothing bad.
教官说有人曾称他"魔鬼"。是的，我们的教官十分严厉，但就是因为他的严厉，我们才会取得拔河比赛的冠军，也正是他的严厉让我深深的体会到父母、老师的良苦用心。平日里过惯了舒服的日子，衣来伸手，饭来张口。在这里，没有溺爱，没有同情，只有纪律;在这里，我们学会了自立、自强;在这里，我们学会了互相关爱;在这里我们学会了团结一心......。了解了国防知识，掌握了军事技能，更重要的是提高了我们的素质，纠正了我们的缺点。
The instructor said he had been called a "devil". Yes, our instructor is very strict, but it is because of his strict, we will win the tug-of-war championship, it is also because of his strict let me deeply understand the good intentions of parents and teachers. On weekdays, I get used to comfortable days. Clothes come to reach out and meals open my mouth. Here, there is no spoiling, no sympathy, only discipline; here, we learn to stand on our own feet, self-improvement; here, we learn to care for each other; here, we learn to unite as one. Understanding the knowledge of national defense, mastering military skills, more importantly, improving our quality and correcting our shortcomings.
当汗水浸湿衣襟，泪水滑过脸颊，我们依然坚持到底。因为有老师，在我们背后默默支持我们，鼓励我们，关心我们。当黑夜占据天空，寝室里老师在与同学们亲切的聊天，为同学们抹痱子粉，亲切地向我们的妈妈。
When sweat soaks our skirts and tears slip across our cheeks, we stick to the end. Because there are teachers behind us, silently support us, encourage us, care about us. When the night occupies the sky, the teacher in the dormitory chats kindly with his classmates, smears prickly heat powder for them, and cordially addresses our mother.
短短的七天军训结束了，但七天中的点点滴滴永远留在我的心里，成为我人生的第一课，成为我一生难忘的记忆。
