1 To learn four words: a car, a bus, a taxi, a bike.
2 To learn the sentences: Is that a…?/ No, it isn’t.
Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Warming  up
1 Greetings
2 Ask and answer
T: What’s this? 
Ss: It’s a… 
T: Is this a…?
Ss: Yes, it is.
Step 2 Presentation and Practice 
1 Show some pictures to teach the new words and the new sentence(No, it isn’t.)
2 Show pictures to practice the new sentence and words.
Step 3  Presentation and  Practice 
1 Teach the new sentence (Is that a…?)
2 Puzzles --- practice the sentence
3 Teach Part A of Unit 5
4 Read Part A
Step 4  consolidation
1 Game time --- consolidate the words and the sentences
2 Show a farm---consolidate the sentences and other words
Step 5 Homework
Read Part A /B
