　　Nowadays, people have the different extent of holiday, due to all kinds of work; therefore, many people think that all of people ought to have same extent of holiday. The above point is certainly wrong; this essay will outline three reasons.

　　The main reason is that some special occupations whose extent of holiday should be different from the general occupations'. For instance, when I worked in a network company, I can find out this kind of problem that is particularly obvious. Once, the company organized some employees to tour, the network department also took part in this tour, include in network administrator. If all of employees have extent of holiday that is same, it means most employees will select to make holidays in the particular period. This kind of problem will lead to plenty of positions of company are emptied and dozens of work is delayed. Thus all of employees cannot have same extent of holiday; in order to company could be normal run.

　　Last but not the least reason is the same extent of holiday that will seriously affects normal living of people. When people enjoy their holidays, another people also enjoy themselves, so almost nobody could offer any services. In the holiday, People cannot do anything, only can stay at home. In fact, it means people lose all holidays.

　　In conclusion, people should base on different work of type to enjoy different extent of holiday; in order to society could be steady progress.
