The Care1 for the Disabled2
We should care for those disabled people. In the world, some are lucky, and they have a healthy3 body; some are not so lucky, for them life is difficult and hard.
What should we do about the disabled, to look down upon4 them as some have done. or to help them so that they are not discouraged in the life. Surely I believe most of the kind people are willing to help those people in need. They are a part of us. They are our folks. Many of them are clever. I hear many stories of great men, and some of them are disabled in body, but still succeed in their careers. The president5 of the United States of America--Roosevelt was on the wheel chair, but he is one of the men who brought change to the world. The disabled man has nothing wrong for being disabled. So healthy man, hold out your friendly hand, and do not hesitate to touch those in need.

Good Habits
"Early to bed, Early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy1 and wise", so the words go by one of the American presidents Benjamin Franklin. The cultivation2 of good habits can be of benefit to one's lifetime.
But it is not easy to develop good habits unless one learns to cultivate them at the early days. We junior high school students must first of all behave ourselves properly3, to be polite and honest. It's a part of our good habits to greet teachers when we meet them, to knock before we enter, not to spit4 on the floor. The good habits come first of all, from good education.
The good habits teach us to be efficient at our work. We develop the good habits to read and study. We finish our homework on time. We develop the habits to get everything done well.
The good habits can also mean good health. We rise up early in the morning. We have a good start. We learn to train our body, making it work regularly and comfortably, and we can enjoy com fortable life.
The good habits can be very helpful and convenient to us. It makes our life easy and smooth. We don't have to waste a lot of time clearing up the mess caused by bad habits. So you see it is good and wise to have good habits. No doubt that we can hope to succeed if we develop good habits. Good habits will go along with us all our lifetime.
Once you have good habits, make sure that you keep them. Don' t give up your good habits.
