As we can see in the picture : there is a person exerting herself running towards an end which is lined with two festivous flags between two trees . Two words the "end" and the "start", are respective written in the two sides of the line which the person is running through on the ground.
It's apperent from the picture that an end can be also an new start in part. Enjoy as we are while eventually obtaining the peak, we shall continue our life, begin a new project and then just do it. An end, which is just an end of a period we sampled in the past, is not anything. It's believed that one have a higher start if he got a satisfying end. Whoever did not get good end last time need not be worried much . One can try he best to touch the sky because everyone have a new start.
WTO member as China becomes, we chinese can not stop our steps boosting ourselves in economic, cultural, and political strategies in the 21 century. China would try hard to satisfy WTO's extensive requirement in a short time than just dip in the happiness of becomeing all day long, doing nothing. As it's saying :everyday is another day. An end is also a start which renew us with hope.
