Step 1. Warming up.

1. Listen to the song: What’s the matter?

2. Game. Look, read and do.（课件上呈现Part B的单词，学生认读并做出动作）

3. 师生对话What’s the matter? I’m …

Step 2. Presentation and drill.

1.（课件上出现一个小男孩I’m Tom）老师对学生说Look at Tom. What’s the matter with him? Let’s guess. Now I’m Tom.

2. 学生问老师What’s the matter? Are you ill/hot/ … ? 老师问答Yes, I’m ill/hot/ … 引导学生继续回答Here’s a … for you.

4. （课件上出现小男孩的回答I’m hot.）老师说. Come and have some water, Tom. （板书句型）

5. 练习Come and have …句型。

6. （课件上出现Tom的另一句话I’m tired, too.）老师问Why don’t you go to bed now?（课件出现该句）

7. 练习这句话，这句话比较难，特别要多练习。

Step 3. Practice.

1. 将两个新句子进行巩固练习。

2. （用图片）师生对话Come and have … Here’s a … for you. What’s the matter? Why don’t you … now?

Step 4. Presentation and drill.
